Policies:

De-matting: Dogs that require more than 15 minutes of dematting will be shaved for the welfare of the animal with a dematting charge. If this is something you wish not to consent to, then the groom will terminate and the full price of the groom still applies.

Drop off & Collection times: I am a small business and run to tight timings. If you are late dropping off or collecting your dog without giving notice, i may not be able to complete the groom and charges may apply. Please arrive on time.

Cancellation: Please give at least 24hrs notice to cancel to enable me to offer that slot to somebody else. Any cancellations the day before will be charged full price for the appointment.

Payment: Payments are taken by bank transfer. Any payments more than 24hrs overdue will incur a £5 charge.
